What counts as an "invoice"?
Any document processed through Paystream — PDF, image, or email attachment. Each extraction run counts as one invoice regardless of line item count.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial runs completely free. You're only billed after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
What happens if I go over my monthly invoice limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade at any time mid-cycle, and we'll prorate the difference. We won't cut you off mid-month without warning.
What ERPs and accounting platforms do you integrate with?
GL coding and ERP sync (Growth and above) currently supports QuickBooks and NetSuite. Additional integrations available on the Scale plan. Contact us if you need a specific integration.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel any time from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
95%+ field-level accuracy on standard invoices out of the box. Accuracy improves over time as the system learns your specific vendor formats and approval patterns.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Invoice data is processed transiently — we don't store raw PDF content beyond extraction. Access is scoped to your company only.
